1. 고객님의 면허증, 차량등록증(registration card)을 사진으로 촬영하신 후 미국내 차량운송 담당자 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

2. 차량 픽업 시 차량내 개인물품은 모두 비워주시기 바랍니다.

3. 차량 픽업 시 인수증(INSPECTION PAPER)을 현장에서 기사가 전달드리며, 받으신 인수증은 미국내 차량운송 담당자 이메일로 사진으로 촬영하여 보내주시기 바랍니다.

4. 차량 인수 당시 외관 확인 후 이상이 있는 경우에는 Vendor 사에 리포하여 추후에 클레임을 도와 드릴 수 있습니다.

5. 문제가 있을 시, 현장 기사에게 바로 리포트 해 주시고, 현대해운 미주본부 사무실로도 바로 알려주시기 바랍니다 (T. 310-763-0001)

현장 & 사무실 리포트가 없는 경우 검토대상에서 제외되는 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.
차량 픽업과 배송 시 현지 도로사정 및 교통규정에 의해 고객님 자택으로 트레일러가 끝까지 진입을 못하는 경우, 인근 넓은 곳으로 나와주시는 고객님의 협조가 반드시 필요합니다. (EX: WALMART/TARGET 등 주차공간이 넓은지역)

No Personal Items in Vehicles(차량내부 짐적재 불가)

Brokers & Shippers: Most carriers prohibit the inclusion of personal items in vehicles being shipped. This is for three very good reasons:

License & Insurance - It is against FMCSA regulations for carriers to transport personal possessions within a vehicle. Carriers risk fines for transporting any personal possessions.

In addition, the carrier's insurance typically does not cover the loss or damage of personal possessions included in a vehicle being shipped.

Weight - Auto haulers have strict limits on the weight of loaded trucks and trailers. Additional, unanticipated weight of personal items could cause carriers to be overweight.

In this situation, the carrier has to make a choice to drive overweight (risking fines and significant delays) or not take the vehicle.

Safety - Extra weight in the car could cause damage to the undercarriage during loading and unloading.

To avoid the potential loss of personal items and to make sure that vehicles can be delivered on time, please make sure that customers understand that they should not ship any personal items in a vehicle.
